Job Description:

Assists the Site Supervisor in the planning and organizing daily age appropriate activities within the SAC Program for
program participants.

 Assists in supervising assigned activities, events or areas, as delegated.

• Supervises activities and monitors behaviors and activities to ensure the safety of children. 
• Monitors the behavior of children to ensure compliance with behavioral guidelines, rules and standards of the 
• program. 
• Diffuses escalating situations between children and takes appropriate actions within program rules and 
• procedures. 
• Eliminates potential environmental hazards to safeguard children. 
• Interacts with, plays with and talks with children on a continual basis. 
• Provides and offers activities for children to engage in (e.g. games, crafts, cooking or science experiments).
